Your Questions, Answered

Straight answers on coverage areas, pricing, Expert Contributor spots and what you actually get with a 16W program.

We’re based in Apollo Beach and work throughout Tampa Bay. Most of our clients are in the SouthShore area — Apollo Beach, Waterset, Riverview, Ruskin, Sun City Center, Brandon and Lithia — and north to Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes and New Tampa, where we publish community magazines. We also work with national brands that want to feel local in these markets.

It depends on the magazine, the ad size, and whether you want an exclusive Expert Contributor spot or a standard display ad. Programs run 12 months and are priced for a local business, not a national budget. The fastest way to get a real number is a 15-minute call to (813) 722-7263. We’ll tell you what’s open in your category and what it runs.

It’s an exclusive position in the magazine — one business per category (one dentist, one roofer, one realtor, and so on). You get a monthly article under your name and photo, plus your ad, so readers see you as the local expert instead of one of five ads on a page. Once a category is taken, it’s closed to competitors for the length of the program.

Both. Print is our foundation because a magazine sits on a kitchen counter for a month, but every program comes with digital support: social posts through the magazine pages, Google Business Profile help, and connected TV, paid social and display options through 16W. We build the mix around your goal, not around one product.

Our magazines are about the neighborhood: a local family on the cover, resident stories, school and community news. People keep them and read them. Your ad sits next to content they actually want, and your Expert Contributor article gets read as part of the magazine, not thrown out as junk mail.

Yes. We work with regional and national brands that want to reach specific communities in Florida through local magazines, digital and connected TV, and we handle co-op advertising programs for dealers and franchisees who have manufacturer marketing funds to use.

Kacey Sedita runs 16W day to day and is your point of contact from the first call through every issue. Mike Sedita, the founder, has been in media buying and publishing since 2011. You get a small team that knows the market, not an account number.

Yes. Reputation management is one of our services: automated review requests, response help, and keeping your Google Business Profile accurate and active. It’s usually the fastest thing we can fix for a local business.
